We bought this Outing III for our 4 and 6 year olds after a recent move. All went well during install and assembly. I had level ground so little actual work was required here. Took about 8 hours including inventory and a short rain delay. I put it together by myself, possible, but not recommended. Watch stepping on the deck before the center strips are in if you are over 200lbs. Wood is good, but the finish gets chewed up pretty quickly with shoes / boots during install. Pre-drill the big holes and stay away from the edges on the others and you will be fine. Watch the square driver if you are sloppy with the drill as it will strip pretty quickly. Never needed the vice grips on the tool list and watch the bag of 3/8 lock nuts. It’s open and a dropped one never to be found again……
